Advocates for residents, collaborates with nursing home staff, recruits and supervises any social work staff, maintains relationships with community resources, ensures compliance with regulations and policies, ensures that all assessments (MDS), care plans, discharge plans, etc. are appropriate and timely, conducts quarterly audits and maintains records.   Position Requirements   This position is currently not accepting applications.
