All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.   Description Lab Consultant Assist BCHP with limited service and moderate testing laboratory operations, including: - Policy and procedure review and development - Preparation and filing of state applications and other documents (i.e. CQ applications, etc.) - Preparation for site inspections - Assistance / support during site inspections - Assistance / support in completing any necessary plans of correction This is an hourly consulting position with the number of hours necessary varying throughout the year based on the practice's needs. Some work may be completed remotely and/or via teleconference while other work may require on-site presence at one of BCHP's locations. Must be able to travel to any of BCHP's locations, generally located in the Hudson Valley region of New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut.
