Description

The Role:

Integration PMs manage projects that deliver high-quality customer implementations of L7's flagship software platform, ESP. This is a highly visible role that is requires a blend of technical project management know-how and strong interpersonal skills when collaborating with customers and teammates.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with internal implementation (FAS) and quality teams to deliver agile integrations of ESP for Biological laboratories in a variety of settings (i.e. early stage research through commercially viable cell & gene therapy manufacturers)
  • Own all elements of project management lifecycle, including:
    1. Become the customer's key point of contact for all project issues, while supporting the L7 team in managing scope creep, change requests, etc.
    2. Leading customer meetings (kick-offs, steering committees, sub-team meetings, etc.)
    3. Building, managing, and tracking project plans in JIRA using agile / scrum methodologies
    4. Supporting FAS integration teams in facilitation of requirements gathering and the translation of requirements into Kanban boards and JIRA tickets
    5. Gather, mediate, and escalate risks and issues to leadership via internal and external status updates
  • Enhancing L7 relationships with existing customers by:
    1. Identifying potential business expansion opportunities across and within organizations
    2. Partnering with Implementation Team on preparing Statements of Work for upselling
  • Build and expand knowledge and understanding of laboratory operations, cell & gene therapy industry trends, and advocate for continuous improvement for internal ways of working
 
Position Requirements

Requirements and preferences

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in life science or business operations
  • At least 3 years of systems integration consulting or technical project management experience
  • Experience with agile, scrum, Kanban and other software development approaches
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Project and other project management tools as applicable
  • Experience in implementing digital transformation projects in scientific and manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to high rate of change and growth environments (startup experience is preferable)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and deadline-driven customer-facing environment
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn complex technical application systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with life science lab operations preferred
  • Experience with software in FDA-regulated environments (GxP, CAP/CLIA) is preferred
