You will be a rockstar in this position if you love problem solving, can change directions on a dime, and are able to keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. What you will do: Set up and manage user accounts and permissions across all company software systems Setting up computer hardware for end users Monitoring day to day computer/email/network performance. Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment. Maintain and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, and mobile devices. Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical problems. Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues. Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
