What You Would Be Doing

The Clinic Director is responsible for the management and execution of the operations in the center-based program, providing educational and behavioral health services, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis to support individuals diagnosed with autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health diagnoses. Working with clients, parents/guardians, staff, and community partners, the Clinic Director facilitates quality care and addresses barriers. Additional responsibilities include the managing and training of Behavior Specialist/Analysts, Clinic Coordinators, and overseeing the training of the Behavioral Team. This position will ensure provision of high-quality services that are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with company mission, vision, and values. This position is responsible for ensuring that the emotional and social needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individualized basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. This is a full-time, salaried position.

 
Position Requirements

Education Requirments

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field required
  • BCBA certification preferred

Experience Requirments

  • Two or more years working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders.  
  • Three or more years of experience in the provision of educational or behavioral health services to individuals with co-occurring diagnoses of intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, and behavioral health issues.
  • Preferably, minimum of two years of supervisory and management experience in the human service or health care industry which includes responsibility for the following functions: performance management, supervision of employees, program services, and financial management.
  • Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for education, behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disability, and autism.
  • Experience with compliance and quality initiatives preferred.
  • Experience with a variety of funding sources.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to pass training to become certified to provide physical intervention as needed.
