Share Email Opening Title Human Resources Specialist  Description WE CAN'T DO IT WITHOUT YOU The Human Resource Specialist is integral to our growing company and the HR team. The HR Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our bi-weekly payroll and administration of company benefits. This role is a key contributor and owner of the payroll process and the integration between our HRIS and Payroll systems. We look to the HR Specialist to keep the company informed on payroll best practices and maintain compliance. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Compensation/Payroll - payroll processing using timekeeping and payroll systems Benefits Administration - communicate with employees and management on benefits options, enrollment, usage, and changes Safety Program Admin - record and maintain OSHA requirements and administer Workers Compensation program Compliance - responsible for all reporting and HR filing requirements THIS IS YOU The people who thrive at Shaw/Stewart Lumber truly live our values in their day-to-day work life.
