The ideal candidate will: Interface with Navy Field activities, headquarters organizations and Contractors to assist the program manager in the effective execution of approved program budgets. Review Presidential, DON, and BES/OSD Budget Estimate submissions for accuracy, completeness, and content. Develop and track budgets. Develop inputs for Navy budget. Consolidate and justify budgets. Prepare, analyze, and submit POM inputs. Track budget execution. Work with PARMs, APMs, and field activities. Develop financial briefings. Develop acquisition and other budget acquisitions.
