We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will: Lead the Cybersecurity Integrated Product Team (IPT).   Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of cybersecurity performance data to be used to facilitate decision making on improving cybersecurity on Aircraft Carriers.  Provide support to PEO Carriers in developing, operating and sustaining a capability dashboard that will play an important role in assessing PEO Carriers cybersecurity program. Manage the gathering of data related to cybersecurity performance metrics. This data gathering activity will require engaging external government stakeholders to obtain cybersecurity performance metrics on aircraft carrier systems managed outside of the PEO Carriers program office. Update and maintain cybersecurity metrics tools. Provide critical thinking on how to baseline and make incremental improvement on performance metrics tools. Provide systems engineering and technical analysis related to the cost, schedule and performance of the cybersecurity program. Produce information products such as PowerPoint presentations, memos and issue papers related to the cybersecurity program. Attend program reviews and gather technical information in support of the cybersecurity program. Provide technical advice to the PAPM on how to improve performance measurement methodology. Conduct analysis of factors and conditions that affect Cybersecurity improvements across CVN networks.
