Accounts Receivable Coordinator  

Description

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Shaw/Stewart contributes to the goals and objectives of the Customer Financial Services team. This individual plays a key role in the cash application, collections and accounts receivable process. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for account reconciliation and follow up, collections, invoicing, and works closely with the sales team and Shaw/Stewart’s customers.

THIS IS YOU

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is detail oriented, organized and process driven. Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well with others is key in this customer service focused role. A tactful demeanor and well-developed interpersonal skills will contribute to the success of the individual in this role.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Business or related
  • Strong business acumen
  • 2 years of A/R, payment processing, or credit and collections experience in B2B market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

Preferred:

  • Certified Business Associate (CBA) or Equivalent
  • Notary
  • Experience in the Construction industy
