Overview of Duties and Responsibilities Full-time and part-time positions Provide armed security services at local sites Serve as a visible security presence at client locations Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols Utilization of tour tracking software in the performance of daily duties Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports, as needed Collaboration with local law enforcement agencies when necessary Maintain visitor and employee access logs Provide customer service driven, professional security services Maintain a professional appearance Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications Must possess and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law Must possess and maintain state Exposed Firearm permit 2 years’ experience in the security industry preferred Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations Knowledgeable in general security industry standards and methods preferred Demonstration of ability to communicate clearly and effectively A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude Education and Certification Requirements Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent Possession of state Guard Card certification Possession of Exposed Firearm Permit Possession of a valid Driver’s License Possession of taser, OC, handcuff, baton, and/or CPR preferred Physical Functions and Working Environment Frequent extended sitting, standing, and walking Frequent climbing stairs, ramps, and occasionally ladders Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Occasional running, as needed Frequent reaching and grasping Other Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the U.S. Employment is conditioned on successful completion of background check If prior military, must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer   Pay   Position Armed Security Officer   Hiring Manager(s) Donna Sutton   Location Oregon   About the Organization Condor Security of America, Inc.
