Open positions are available on afternoon shift (4:30 pm to 3:00 am) Monday through Thursday. Applicants must be available to work overtime Friday – Saturday as needed. Pay starting at $16.75 + .75 shift premium and paid weekly!  We are hiring immediately, so it's possible you can join us within the week! Position Requirements: Follow work instructions to operate industrial sewing machine to join, gather, hem, reinforce, or decorate articles. Maintain quality and productivityof product to ensure Extang standards are met. Transport components and/or products to the next phases. Lift objects up to 20lbs, utilizing co-worker assistance where required by work instructions. Work in a safe manner following established safety procedures. Ensure a clean and orderly work area. Repetitive use of hands and/or fingers with regular sitting.   Position Requirements Position Requirements: Follow established work instructions to properly operate sewing machine to join, gather, hem, reinforce, or decorate articles. Achieve a work pace consistent with established goals and product flow. Efficiently perform repetitive tasks. Maintain inspection of product to ensure quality standards are met. Transport components and/or products to the next phases of the manufacturing process adhering to defined handling procedures. Lift objects up to 20lbs, utilizing co-worker assistance where required by work instructions. Work in a safe manner following established safety procedures. Ensure a clean and orderly work area. Effectively communicate opportunities, problems, or concerns, assisting in solving issues and uncovering improvement opportunities. Repetitive use of hands and/or fingers with regular sitting.
