POSITION SUMMARY: BASIC FUNCTION
The Process Program Manager is responsible for managing and developing Systems, Policy, Process and Procedures (SPPPs) for the Business Operations, Construction, Critical Facilities Engineering & Design (CFED), and Supply Chain Division. This position facilitates new creation, existing refinement, and compliance auditing of group SPPPs to ensure implementation and streamlining of strategic business best practices for efficiency, effectiveness, and risk reduction. This position also ensures all group SPPPs align and synergize with those of all other departments and corporate governance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Transforms strategy and initiatives into business best practices through group SPPPs.
Provides thought leadership and expertise in development of all group SPPPs.
Develops and manages recurring updates of all group SPPPs.
Analyses and leads streamlining and/or enhancement of existing group SPPPs.
Ensures Group SPPPs do not counter or contradict other company department or corporate policy or processes.
Monitors and conducts regular internal audits of group SPPPs to ensure compliance with corporate and company standards.
Communicates compliance requirements and mitigation strategies to ensure group division compliance.
Identifies cross-departmental solutions and collaborates across multiple areas to identify effective and practical SPPP synchronicity.
Assess levels of Group SPPPs adherence/execution and identifies improvements in areas with medium to high complexity.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or greater discipline related to systems management, business management, finance, or other applicable field of study.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in best business practices, strategic initiatives, business management, auditing, or other applicable roles.
Construction & Engineering industry required.
Data Center construction & engineering preferable.
