DESCRIPTION: EHS Technologies is searching for Master Scheduler / Senior Operations Analyst for a full time position supporting the Naval Surface Warfare, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD)
LOCATION: Navy Business Park in South Philadelphia, PA
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline, or Mathematics
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master's level degree in Operations Research or Mathematics (not required)
EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years professional experience with Operations and Scheduling, preferably with the US Navy. Prior experience with any other service component is acceptable. The candidate will need to be an expert with creating, maintaining and managing an Integrated Master Schedule. Fluency with Microsoft Project is a must. Understanding and competency with Jira software is needed.
BACKGROUND: The Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) Cybersecurity branch of NSWCPD is responsible for providing services to: perform design, development, in-house testing, and shipboard implementation and commissioning of cybersecurity hardware and software capabilities on Navy shipboard assets in conjunction with respective system owners throughout NSWCPD and the NAVSEA Enterprise. The Master Scheduler / Senior Operations Analyst will be solely responsible for the coordination and scheduling of a team of approximately 10 Software Engineers along with 6 separate teams of Shipboard Testing engineers that will be required to test the functionality of multiple shipboard systems over the next 5+ years. The ability to work independently while coordinating with technical experts and executive management is required.
