Description

Are you an experienced Hospitality and or Food Service worker looking for a new opportunity? Would you like to work for a successful growing company? Then this is your opportunity to work for SafeStreets USA the largest ADT dealer in the United States.

We are looking for a talented Sales Support - Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This is not a sales position but a supportive and administrative assistant position for our sales team and call center. As a Sales Support - Quality Assurance Specialist you will be considered a 'go-to person' for the center; someone our Sales Managers and Leadership Team can rely on. The ideal candidate will have a high-level of energy and a strong presence on the sales floor; a go-getter mentality, with a willingness to learn all the ins and outs of the position. A preferred candidate would be bilingually fluent in both English and Spanish.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales is not needed, training will be provided
  • Attendance is a priority
  • Possess interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have general computer skills
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Customer Service / Quality Assurance:

Have a strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person, and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, clients, and customers.

Communication:

Provide clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in simple terms and accurately describe products to help a customer work through problems or concerns.

Problem-solving:

Be able to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Help improve our sales process and productivity
  • Review sales agent notes for accuracy and quality
  • Listen to cancellation calls and provide recommended feedback to sales agents
  • Provide live call reviews and one-on-one coaching
  • Contact our network of technicians for any routing/scheduling arrangements
  • Being a "closer" by taking over escalated sales calls
  • Generate various reports as needed
  • Handle incoming emails
  • Aid sales and management team members
