Share Email Opening Title SBA Loan Packager  Category SBA   Description The IB SBA Sales Department is a division of IncredibleBank and will be responsible for loan generation of SBA loans. The SBA Loan Packager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely review of SBA loan transactions, producing loan documents, ensuring all items needed for underwriting are obtained, and ensuring the SBA loan application is completed accurately. The SBA Loan Packager is responsible for coordinating with Business Development Officers, SBA Underwriters, Credit Administration, and customers to ensure all documentation is in place prior to underwriting or submission to the SBA. The SBA Loan Packager is also responsible for remaining current on SBA Standard Operating Procedures, compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.   Duties and Responsibilities:??????? Loan package file organization in Pre-Underwriting stage from BDOs/Analysts to verify that application data is complete, accurate, organized in the proper file folders and meets all standards established by loan policy and SBA guidelines to prepare for underwriting assignment. Work closely with all BDOs, Analysts and Underwriters to assist in timely gathering of required borrower and third-party documents for credit approval and closing of new loan requests. Provide underwriter admin support in ordering in Salesforce third party appraisal bids, third party appraisal reviews, environmental report bids, and any other related third party/approved vendor reports and documents necessary for the underwriter’s evaluation of the required collateral as underwriting in the loan credit memo; responsible for tracking third party report completion dates and coordinating resolution of quality issues as requested by the underwriters. Manage and track but not limited to the following: ordering flood certifications, business and personal credit pulls, Reg B, SAM searches, 4506 Tax Transcripts, OFAC verification checks. Begin the data entry for SBA loan creation through E-Tran or other means Aid underwriters with SBA Scored loan requests. Process and track clearance of SBA Form 1919. Perform G-845 Alien Verification approvals with the SBA. Ensure commitment letters have been returned and the third-party report deposit has been received. Track and Monitor through Salesforce borrower deposits from Proposal through Close. Learn and understand the SBA requirements for SBA eligibility according to the most recent Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as published by the SBA. Assist BDOs, Analysts and Underwriters in ensuring an updated real time Salesforce Pipeline report. Remain current on pending and proposed regulatory changes affecting compliance and SOP with SBA. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements No direct SBA Experience required - Entry Level Admin. A college degree in business is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with all levels of employees, management, and third parties. Demonstrated ability to complete work in a timely, organized and efficient manner with impeccable accuracy. Self-starter that is able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to identify issues and opportunities and explore solutions. Ability to meet strict timelines and service level agreements.
