Job Summary:
This is an entry level inside sales position within our corporate sales organization. As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will begin by working for our Sales Administrative Manager in our Sales Admin group where you will take and enter incoming orders into our corporate ERP system. As part of our team you will get the opportunity to interface with our retail customers, work with our sales managers, build relationships with our external sales representatives, and learn our product lines.
The Sales Administrative Assistant position is responsible for assisting in various sales related functions. Candidates will be required to integrate and coordinate with the Outside Sales Team, as well as interact with customers (both internal & external) using Sage and all other systems currently in use. The purpose of this position is to offer a timely, accurate interface for all aspects of communication and sales related information between the Sales Team and the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary role is assisting in day-to-day Sales needs, order processing and customer communication.
- Assist Outside Sales Team with customer set-up sheets.
- Develop working knowledge of Sage and CRM system.
- Provide dealers with programs, pricing, and product availability.
- Answer Inside Sales phone calls
- Assist Sales Administrative Manager in any other duties deemed necessary.
Education/Experience:
- A minimum of two years in customer service, sales, or administrative
- Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills required
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
