L7 Informatics (L7) is looking for talented scientists and engineers to join our growing Customer Success team as they roll out the revolutionary Enterprise Science Platform (ESP). Customer Success Scientists are the process experts that work with our industry-leading customers to model laboratory and manufacturing workflows within ESP.   Position Requirements Responsibilities: Collaborate with customers to map their process, data, and workflow requirements including but not limited to: Consult with customers to ensure best practice translation of their workflows into ESP Apply ESP data architecture strategies to structure workflow information Configure ESP to reflect client workflows and reporting Perform verification testing of ESP workflow configurations Support client testing Troubleshoot issues customers may have with workflow execution Scope and author consulting services statement of work documents Translate customer needs into new core product software requirements Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements: Minimum of a MS in a relevant life sciences field or engineering or BS with 5 years industry/research experience Background in both process simulations and hands on execution of life sciences processes (bioprocessing, computational biology, bioinformatics, molecular genetics, etc).
