Description

George School Aquatics (GSA) is a year-round, competitive USA swim club located at George School's 25 yard 8-lane Marshall-Platt Pool in Newtown, PA in Bucks County.

 
Position Requirements

GSA is seeking an experienced and motivated part-time assistant coach to work with our Junior, Senior, Age Group, and/or Developmental Group swimmers. Candidates must have prior coaching experience and should be comfortable working with children between the ages of 6 and 18 years old. The position requires working evenings, as well as one USA swimming event per month. Candidates must be available to work swim meets on weekends when their swimmers are competing. USA Swimming certification preferred; non-certified candidates must acquire certification within the first month of employment. Coaching hours will run between 3 and 14 hours per week depending on group placement. Complete practice times are 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. during the week and 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Salary is commensurate with experience.
