As a Quality Assurance Analyst with Soaren Management, you would work collaboratively with other members of the Engineering team, product, marketing, and operations to understand product and business requirements. After careful analysis, you would work individually and with your team to design, build, test and deliver technology to meet those requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Writing acceptance criteria and validating through manual tests
- Effective collaboration with Product and Software Engineers to produce high-quality software
- Identifying and communicating risks and tradeoffs with various strategies
- Building reusable and resilient tests
- Test case design, documentation and execution
- Leverage automation to identify risk factors within the product
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to solve problems
- Understands how products are used and impact the user(s) so that risk can be managed effectively
- Independently investigating and identifying product issues
- Ability to make and present risked based decisions
- Assess product changes against product designs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Oral and written presentation skills
- Web based testing
- Mobile testing

- Call center or communication technology testing
- Selenium or similar tools
- Jenkins or similar
- PHP knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
