Share Email Opening Title iPad Specialist  Category Information Technology   Position iPad Specialist   Description This is a full-time position which will be responsible for configuring and deploying iPads and other mobile devices in our MDM environment. The iPad specialist will assist with management of the Mobile Device Management services, Apple Business Manager, and our Cellular Service providers. In the MDM environment the specialist will be responsible for updating any manuals and procedural documents that are required to be available on our mobile devices. The specialist will also conduct various iPad training classes for foreman and other Operations positions. He/She will be the point of contact for troubleshooting any Coins mobile app related problems. The specialist will also be the first point of contact for Eversource iPad issues related to password resets and app installations. This position will visit crews for on the site training and iPad assistance. This specialist will coordinate replacements, repairs, and recovery of company issued equipment with Apple and other vendors. The specialist will also assist the IT department with other various tasks as assigned.   Position Requirements Experience working with Apple Devices Knowledge of VMware Workspace One MDM Comfortable with leading group and One on One training Needs to have license and vehicle to travel Attention to Detail 0-3 years IT Help Desk Experience   Salary   Req Number INF-20-00002   Location Boston   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
