Pay will be $18/hr, and schedule will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Position will last 10 weeks and could lead to permanent employment with BCHP after 10 weeks. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating and scheduling patients Screen calls, take messages and provide patient information according to division policy and procedures Updates patient information as necessary Requests, locates, sends, receives, and/or prepares patient medical records Delegate incoming faxes to an appropriate staff member Coordinates medical transportation Translation with physicians and patients Ability to multi-task and set priorities accordingly Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 2-3 years of Medical Office Experience Fluency in English and Spanish Excellent Interpersonal/Organizational and Phone skills Proficiency with computer and data entry Knowledge of EMR   Position Requirements Minimum Experience and Licensure Requirements High school degree or equivalent required Pediatric experience preferred   Location Peds GI/DEV/Med Gen   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Req Number FRO-20-00057   Number of Openings 1   This position is currently not accepting applications.
