We have a great new opportunity for a Contract Analyst to join one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the state of Indiana.

This medical practice has been serving patients for over 48 years and has approximately 80 providers. The Contract Analyst position is a new role with our group. We are looking for a qualified candidate with at least three years experience analyzing employment, vendor and insurance contracts. The position will also be responsible for organizing and tracking all existing contract and agreements. This position will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer. There will be constant communciation with the Executive Board and outside legal counsel when appropriate. Here are a few other items to outline the new role:

  1. Review, revise and negotiate professional contracts and other project-related documentation to identify and minimize company risk or liability.
  2. Identify, analyze, and summarize contract isues or key points to ensure compliance with company policy, laws, and regulations.
  3. Prepares and administers routine correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal.
  4. Responsible for entire contractual life-cycle administration of contracts and other activity as assigned.
Position Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Minimum of three years of experience reviewing and revising contracts
  3. Knowledge of medical, employment, and insurance contracts.
