Our four facilities employ a high quality and dedicated workforce that specialize in providing a variety of metal quality processing options to fit customer's needs.   Category Production   Description Machine Operator A Machine Operator is dedicated to continuous improvement and responsible for operating and overseeing. Duties: Observe all safety rules and wear all PPE as required Properly select raw material by observing work order. String payoff; point, weld and grind material as applicable. Set up die boxes, ensure proper alignment, die selection and lubricants. Verify set up by measuring wire diameter between each draw. Inspect material during processing to ensure proper quality is maintained. Complete all documentation and turn in work order to supervisor. Consistently set up and run more than one machine, i.e. Small block, Big block & Invert. Ensure work area is clean and excess materials are properly tagged. Operator will be under the watch of an experienced operator.
