What You Will be Doing

The administrative and inventory assistant acts as the concierge for the Boundless maintenance team. This position must utilize excellent customer service skills. The administrative and inventory assistant will provide general office support, perform various clerical activities and related tasks while answering telephones, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, the flow of correspondence, and additional clerical duties as needed. Additionally, this position will manage the inventory control system, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review, analyze the results of operations, report findings to management, and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.

Salary: $17-$20 per hour
Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Position Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience handling general office practices such as typing, filing, answering phones, or related tasks.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service.
  • 2-4 years of experience in administrative assistance.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • 2+ years' experience in inventory control
  • Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills
  • Able to lift 50 pounds without restriction

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree.
  • Experience working with or for people with complex needs.
