We offer primary care, HIV care and prevention (including PrEP), behavioral health services (including MAT, psychiatric care, counseling), dental care, pharmacy, and case management through an integrated and patient-centered model. We are seeking a Family Practice Physician committed to serving vulnerable communities, with compassion, dignity and respect. We believe in educating future healthcare workers and partner with York Technical College to train medical assistants, nurses, dental hygienists, and dental assistants and Winthrop University to train social workers through internship placements. We are beginning a partnership with Clinton College to address health disparities in Rock Hill through health literacy and advocacy. Licensed in State of South Carolina to practice medicine and in good standing Federal DEA license S.C.
