I Am Boundless, Inc. is seeking an energetic, self-directed, and experienced Assistant Manager who has a passion for helping others and want the opportunity to work alongside some truly exceptional people.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Assistant Manager, you will mentor and train direct support professionals to provide individualized direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities. In your role, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of a multisystem youth home.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional care
  • Implementing behavior supports
  • Promoting well-being and safety
  • Increasing an individual's social, educational, and living skills
  • Planning and leading community excursions
  • Assisting with daily hygiene
  • Preparing meals
  • Lead a diverse team
  • Collaborating with other team members from across Boundless

Schedule

11: 00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. 5 days/week, plus on-call responsibilities. Additional details to be provided in the interview.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.

Licensure/Certification:

  • First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant delegated nursing
  • Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
  • Proof of auto insurance.

Experience:

  • At least two years of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals preferred.
