Responsible for completing and overseeing all administrative functions within the Admissions Department including but not limited to responsibilities outlined below.
CarePlus New Jersey is a northern New Jersey provider of recovery-focused mental health substance abuse and family services that address the unique needs of individuals with a holistic approach to recovery and overall wellness.
Operating out of 23 sites including three outpatient centers located in Paramus Fair Lawn and Hasbrouck Heights ten residential facilities offices at three local hospitals and seven community offices, our services are convenient to clients located throughout Northern New Jersey.
We also provide educational programs on mental health-related topics to area schools and community groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for administrative functions by performing the following duties:
Serves as greeter and check-in for walk-in appointments
Verifies reviews and updates demographic and insurance information in the agency electronic health record
Verifies insurance benefits and eligibility
Uploads benefits in the agency Electronic Health Record
Collects payment at the time of service and/or collects past balances from the client
Performs clerical functions;
copy/scan documents, complete department orders etc.
