School Based Services - Clinical Program Manager provides in-district therapeutic support in the form of counseling, crisis intervention, case management and collaboration. Maintains accurate and timely records for each case and assures departmental goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame by performing the job responsibilities personally.

???????10 month position, full-time (40 hours a week) school year schedule

*Potential for summer hours per diem*

Key Responsibilities - Includes the following and other duties may be assigned:

 Facilitation of individual and family counseling, completion of related clinical documentation

Facilitation of Skill development groups

 Facilitation of crisis intervention/drop-in support

 Facilitation of on-site school clearance assessments, district-wide

 Classroom observation, collaboration with school staff on behavior management plans

 Home outreach, as needed, to engage youth and families in the school based service

 Linkage to resources, as needed

 Facilitation of professional development workshops

 Facilitation of parent engagement workshops and/or activities

 Supervision of an Masters level intern (dependent on district)

 Collaboration with school administration/teams (CST, Guidance, etc.)

 Participation on Care Plus School Based management team

 

Salary Range $50,000-$58,000

Position Requirements

Education/Experience:

Master Degree in Social Work or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.

At least two (2) years experience providing clinical services to youth and families.

Some administrative experience in human service or related program(s), including experience in quality assurance/improvement and program development.

Bilingual preferred not required (preferably Spanish).

Certificates and Licenses:

 NJ LCSW, LPC or LMFT is required by program regulations & standards

Valid driver's license required and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.
