The Filing Clerk is responsible for making sure that all completed Repair orders get scanned and file properly. You will be responsible for make sure that the file rooms stay organized. You will be responsible for purging files RESPONSIBILITIES Filing completed repair orders Scanning completed repair orders and backup attached Pulling any requested repair orders that are needed Maintains good working relationships with lending institutions to ensure that documents are received in good order for fast funding Understands and complies with all federal, state, and local regulations Performs other duties as assigned Maintains a high level of confidentiality   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Strong and confident personality Highly professional and dependable Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and internet skills including CDK BENEFITS Vacation Pay Sick Pay 401(k) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance   About the Organization Qvale Auto Group has over 70 Years in the automotive industry, beginning in California and now owning and operating 3 dealerships in Florida.
