Share Email Opening Title Junior Contracts Administrator  Description Extant Aerospace is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator. This critical member of the team will provide contract administration for groups of projects spread among internal and external team members including guidance on what issues may present a compliance liability to end user contracts. Serves as an on-going liaison between program managers and end-users regarding government and/or commercial industry proposals and contracts, including but not limited to adherence to the FAR and FAR Supplements, general aviation regulations, including applicable policies, procedures, rules and best practices for Extant Aerospace products and business relationships. Responsible for recording and maintaining contract information in Extant Aerospace systems with strong guidance from a Contracts Manager. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales. Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Coordinate proposal submissions for government and industry aviation contracts, including: provide guidance to program managers, project scope creation and review, and compliance review. Provide interpretation and recommendations regarding agency regulation. Maintain contract files, sub-contracts, contract modifications, consulting agreements, and record retention of contract documents. Coordinate other activities, special reports, projects, and other related duties as assigned. Generate reports as requested, and raise potential concerns involving contract management, administration, compliance issues and other key issues regarding contract administration and compliance.   Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Government and Commercial Aerospace contracts preferred Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft products.
