Audi Lakeland, part of Qvale Auto Group dealership, is seeking a leader to fill the Accounts PayableReceivable role. The desired candidate will maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications. Complete all accounts payable functions including but not limited to: Maintain W-9 and Vendor Coverage of Insurance Post accounts payable invoices, pay attention to detail for proper coding Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries Other duties as deemed necessary Post Factory Invoices & Reconcile Factory Statements Correspond with vendors to keep accounts in good standings and Reconcile Vendor Statements monthly Confidentiality is a must Print and mail A/R statements Posting vendor invoices Reconciling vendor statements Reconciling and cleaning the sublet schedule     Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred Three years of relevant experience Working knowledge of CDK Dealer Management Systems Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Highly professional and dependable Working knowledge of the industry Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift objects as needed BENEFITS Competitive Pay Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Formal Ongoing Training Program Excellent Advancement Opportunities   About the Organization Qvale Auto Group has over 70 Years in the automotive industry, beginning in California and now owning and operating 3 dealerships in Florida.
