Description

The Contract Requirements Review (CRR) Manager will review all requirement packets and assist with screening all requirements for administrative content errors prior to submitting to the Operational Contract Support Integration Cell (OCSIC).

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Assist with the validation of all requirement packets.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the CRR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) when performing the following tasks: administrative related reviews, tracking and reporting packet status, RFI tracking and follow up, requesting and tracking corrections to packet documents, and routing packets through the review and approval process.
  • Process requirement packets through either the Theater Requirements Generation Tool (TRGT) or through the legacy processes which requires packet processing without the use of the TRGT.
  • Process emergency packets as outlined in the CRR SOP.
  • Maintain a local ShareDrive location that acts as a repository for all requirements packets and their associated documents.
  • Create new folders and load documents into the ShareDrive location as necessary.
  • Research historical packet records and provide historical data as required.
  • Provide requirement packet information and status to requiring activities, board members and staff as necessary during the entire duration of the requirements validation and review process.
  • Provide reports to the USARCENT OCS leadership on all requirement review performance metrics and packet processing statistics as necessary.
  • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the CRR process and provide recommendations to OCSIC leadership on ways to improve processes.
  • Schedule all boards, meetings or working groups related to the review and validation of contract requirements in coordination with OCS guidance or leadership as necessary.
  • Provide meeting schedule information to customers and other meeting attendees, and coordinate for remote attendees to attend via telecom or Video Teleconference (VTC) in coordination with recommendations or guidance from leadership and/or military oversight, and within proper protocol (if applicable).
  • Prepare meeting/conference rooms with all necessary materials and supplies within sufficient time of scheduled meeting or event (coordinate with leadership to define sufficient time for scheduled events).
  • Take meeting minutes during all related contract requirement review boards, working groups and/or meetings.
  • Provide assistance, training, and informational briefings to customers, staff, and others on the requirements review and validation process, and the requirement packet development and submission procedures.

  • Process requests for access to CASM; or the requirements generation and processing tool required to process requirements as outlined in the OCS SOP and supporting requirements review and validations SOP.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the internal OCS RR and various SOPs that includes the detailed steps and processes associated with recurring tasks completed by OCS RR Managers and the requirements review and validation process.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
