Position Summary:

As the Uniform Coordinator at Edgewood Tahoe, you are the primary team member facing role within the uniform team. Frequently working independently, you are responsible for the fitting and distribution of uniform garments to all team members. This position places a high emphasis on service and organizational skills. Along with these responsibilities, the Uniform Coordinator will also help maintain appropriate inventory levels and liaise with management and others to ensure all team members have the right tools to look and feel their best at work. Essential Functions:

  • Greet and assist team members with uniform needs.
  • Communicate in a courteous and respectful manner to all employees.
  • Self-starter who can proactively problem solve when necessary.
  • Issue team member uniforms and nametags using the provided software accurately.
  • Maintain records of all team members and their uniform allotment; ensure all team members receive uniform pieces in a timely manner.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized uniform room.
  • Primary source for maintaining and communicating uniform standards and proper care guidelines.
  • Work within the inventory management system (software) to maintain records of all team members and their uniform allotment.
  • Identify cost savings initiatives and strategies within the uniforms department.
  • Consistently monitor of inventory stock levels and communicate timely to management when reorders are required.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our team members to make for an enjoyable experience.
  • Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications / Special Skills:

  • Minimum of (1) year experience in a customer service position.
  • Experience in working with computerized record keeping systems, uniform distribution, and light tailoring.
  • Excellent accuracy with data entry and inventory analysis.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
