Cambridge Management, Inc. is hiring a Regional Maintenance Supervisor. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for training and development and oversight of a team of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.

About the position

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership and development of the Maintenance Team and Vendors at assigned properties
  • Establish and communicate goals and targets for individual Team members along with monitoring daily activities
  • Strong focus on sourcing and managing qualified vendors to ensure timely, and effective repairs
  • Onboard and train new team members as needed and execute key training and development programs
  • Margin management and cost controls
  • Interact directly with customers on a regular basis to better understand their service needs. On-site job visits required regularly to manage vendor quality and workmanship
  • Comply with Fair Housing and Cambridge Management, Inc.'s maintenance standards

Position Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance Supervisor Role required
  • Prefer 2 years of experience as a Regional or Sr. Maintenance Supervisor managing multiple properties
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to train and develop staff in the safe maintenance and repair of:
    • Electrical and plumbing (including water lines).
    • A/C and heating systems
    • Water irrigation systems
    • Tile, carpet, flooring
    • Roofing, gutters, fasteners
    • Security systems.
    • Ceiling leaks
