Cambridge Management, Inc. is hiring a Regional Maintenance Supervisor. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for training and development and oversight of a team of Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.

About the position
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and development of the Maintenance Team and Vendors at assigned properties
- Establish and communicate goals and targets for individual Team members along with monitoring daily activities
- Strong focus on sourcing and managing qualified vendors to ensure timely, and effective repairs
- Onboard and train new team members as needed and execute key training and development programs
- Margin management and cost controls
- Interact directly with customers on a regular basis to better understand their service needs. On-site job visits required regularly to manage vendor quality and workmanship
- Comply with Fair Housing and Cambridge Management, Inc.'s maintenance standards
