Description

The Ascentis Sales Operations team is made up of driven sales support professionals who come to Ascentis every day to enable Sales success. The team is made up of passionate, customer service-oriented professionals who take great pride in performing a variety of activities that make our Sales team more successful. Centered around our Cultural Norms, you will TEAM it together to CRUSH goals within the sales organization.

The Sales Operations Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in executing our customer orders that come in through our dynamic sales team while also providing support to the sales field. You will work hand in hand with a variety of teams on a daily basis including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Hardware Fulfillment. This role is a steppingstone to other responsibilities and roles within the business as it enables you to acquire the foundation of sales operations while learning several facets of the business.

Position Requirements

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Technically savvy with the ability to quickly pick up new systems/processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and efficiency in work
  • Take pride in your excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Adaptable to change with experience redirecting activity when priorities change
  • Proficient in MS Office software Excel, Word, Power Point required
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Experience in other sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, or CPQ, are an added bonus

Education/experience/technical considerations:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

1+ years of order processing or technical support in a fast-paced environment
