POSITION SUMMARY: The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to all distribution activities to include Customer Service inquiries, expedited shipping, coordination of LTL services, and assisting with the THI Ecommerce hiring process. The incumbent will also manage all supplies and services in support of distribution services.

Reports to Warehouse Manager.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support team with various administrative tasks including redirecting calls, scheduling meetings, and acting as reception for the warehouse.
  • Assist human resources in onboarding all new hires for Springfield location.
  • Monitor all office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and handle all office visitors.
  • Oversees property management services, including maintenance of building and ordering proper janitorial supplies.
  • Processes paperwork for customers and employees.
  • Keeps office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment.
  • Promotes and exemplifies company’s core values.
 
Position Requirements

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • HS Diploma or GED required with 3+ years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities to meet critical deadlines.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel
  • Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to follow written instructions

Pass daily pandemic health screening protocols which include responding to CDC recommended personal health and activity related questions. Follow pandemic safety protocols which may include: 

  • Wearing of an approved face covering at all times 
  • Washing hands/use of hand sanitizer upon entry to facility and as needed throughout the day 
  • Cleaning/disinfecting of personal work area 
  • Maintaining social/physical distancing requirements (six feet from others) whenever possible 
  • In some circumstances submitting to company paid virus testing through approved medical provider
