The “How” - Concept
This person will initially be hired into the Operations function and work directly for the Vice President of Operations however, they will rotate to other functions/Senior Leaders on some frequency, in an effort to learn all parts of the business. They will be included in our internal leadership development program and will ultimately become a people leader in the business. This developmental/rotational program is expected last somewhere between 12 and 24 months but could vary based on business needs. This program is designed with the intent to develop the next great leader at Extant Aerospace.
Role & Responsibilities
Learn various parts of the business through exposure, experience and doing
Rotational assignments will include Operations, Business Development, Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering and potentially IT
Will be responsible to quickly become as Subject Matter Expert in various operational areas, e.g. materials, planning/scheduling, production/build processes as well as other areas
Will participate in our internal leadership development program
May be called upon to provide data analysis and opinion for the business

Comfortable with ambiguity and constant change, nimble and responsive in the short-term while driving progress on longer-term initiatives
Minimum Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, preference will be given to an MBA or graduate level degree. Zero to 3 years direct industry experience preferred, preference will be given to prior people leadership experience, but it is not required. Proficient in MS Office products.
