GENERAL FUNCTION: The Sales Manager will be a working partner of a team that will have responsibilities assigned to them by the Site Operations Manager including solicitation and securing of 50-70 off-site sales outlets in the service area surrounding the ISDRA, working with reseller businesses to refine and expand sales, design of promotions and advertising for the sales channels, working with BLM stakeholder groups to improve coordination on major holiday events, maintain reports and other correspondence as directed by Site Operations Manager and fielding customer inquiries. The Sales Manager may operate out their home and vehicle and maintain daily shift communications with the Site Operations Manager. High degree of responsibility and accuracy in maintaining sales channel communication, attending to consumer show preparation, and establishing the value-added positioning of the new operations is expected. The Sales Manager will be preparing reports on the computer, maintaining secure transactions and use written and verbal communications skills. The general schedule will be variable and include holiday weekend assignment. Some seasonal variation should be expected.
