The HR Generalist will be a key contributer to the culture and effective human resources management of the organization, leading and participating in a broad range of programs and activities. 

Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • In a consistent and effective manner, administer and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs for all organizational team members.
  • Drive positive employee relations through strong communications and support of a respectful, team-based environment.
  • Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending well defined strategies.
  • Completes special projects including setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, developing and organizing information.
  • Assist with maintaining department files, job descriptions, and company programs to ensure accuracy and up-to-date.
  • Participate in the completion of annual benefits open enrollment and weekly payroll.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with plant management, supervisors, leads, and team members.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Serve as a positive leader and mentor by exhibiting and instructing desirable behaviors and skill sets.

Education and Experience:

  • BBA in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience
  • Manufacturing environment experience preferred
  • Software experience: Microsoft Office Suite, payroll software
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred

  • Cleaning/disinfecting of personal work area
  • Maintaining social/physical distancing requirements (six feet from others) whenever possible  
  • In some circumstances submitting to company paid required virus testing through approved medical provider
