Undergraduate Student - Engineering  
Description

Multiple Positions open for all work terms in 2021

  1. Manufacturing Engineer- Support prototype builds, maintain part build data, develop prototype manufacturing processes, design and validate assembly equipment, PFMEA development
  2. Product Engineer- Coordinate prototype part program; manage inventory, direct builds, coordinate shipping to customers, analyze part design for manufacturing feasibility
  3. Industrial Engineer- Cost estimating, manufacturing system design, build & install assembly equipment, lean layouts, operator work instructions, cycle time development
  4. Quality Engineer- Dimensional verification, GD&T, check fixture development, part builds, process control plan development
  5. Program Manager- Update customer documentation, develop and track project time lines, establish engineering change timing and breakpoints
  6. Core Engineering- Design test setups and parameters for materials & adhesives development, test and document different adhesive samples, communicate test results to product development teams
 
Position Requirements

REQUIRED

  • Self motivated
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Demonstrate basic technical ability
  • Interpersonal skills, working effectively with a team
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • GPA 3.0 minimum
  • Proficient with Micorsoft Office
  • Some overnight travel

PREFERRED

  • Some analytical ability where problems are not difficult or complex
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks for multiple projects?
 
Education Requirement Engineering or other technical UNDERGRADUATE degree underway. These position are not intended for graduate level students.
