Receive 1:1 supervision from supervisors through observation and/or videos. In addition, Behavior Technicians are required to attend weekly team meetings and scheduled skill set meetings. This is a Full-Time, Year Round, Hourly position. Organize and maintain instructional area. Prepare and keep reinforcement and needed materials accessible. Delivers instruction following procedures learned from initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback given from supervisors. Collect and analyze data accurately following Boundless procedures. Maintain designated child’s program book. Monitor designated child’s IEP/Treatment Plan objectives and the progression of goals. Complete quarter review forms for designated child when assigned by Supervisors. Conduct preference assessments and deliver reinforcement following principles as learned in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors. Implements specific behavior plans as directed by supervisors. Demonstrates accurate implementation of specific skill sets as taught in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors. Identifies when interventions are needed for specific children and programs.   Position Requirements Qualifications College Degree in related field (preferred) Minimum qualifications: at least 2 years of college in psychology or related field plus 3 years or more of experience in the mental health field. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Ability to complete trainings Utilize that information in daily therapies Ability to perform emergency medical procedures when necessary Ability to accurately document required therapy data Operates and conducts self in a professional manner at all times. Ability to hear and speak spoken language in communication with individuals served, other staff, family members of individuals, and members of the general public Ability to accept and implement feedback and constructive criticism in teaching, overall job operations Intermediate computer skills Interested?
