  • The Initial pay ranges from 14-16/hr. based on your education, experience and credentials.

What You Would Be Doing
Primary job responsibility is to implement behavioral health and educational services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with individuals diagnosed with autism, related mental health disorders and intellectual disabilities in either a 1:1, 1:2 or small and large group sessions. Receive supervision and training from behavior analytic and mental health supervisors through direct observation and team meetings. Supporting our early learners 3-8 years old. This is a Part-Time, Hourly status position. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, possible extension of hours.

  • Organize and maintain instructional area.
  • Prepare and keep reinforcement and needed materials accessible.
  • Delivers instruction following procedures learned from initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback given from supervisors.
  • Collect and analyze data accurately following Boundless procedures.
  • Maintain designated child’s program book.
  • Monitor designated child’s IEP/Treatment Plan objectives and the progression of goals.
  • Complete quarter review forms for designated child when assigned by Supervisors.
  • Conduct preference assessments and deliver reinforcement following principles as learned in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors.
  • Implements specific behavior plans as directed by supervisors.
  • Demonstrates accurate implementation of specific skill sets as taught in initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisors.
  • Identifies when interventions are needed for specific children and programs.
  • All other assigned duties
 
Position Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  • Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or
  • Minimum Requirement: 2 years of undergraduate studies; must have college transcripts demonstrating either completion of 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours with a minimum of 3 years’ experience of providing behavioral health support to an individual with a mental health disorder, including but not limited to autism, anxiety, mood disorder, ADHD, opposition defiant disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, etc.
