Kaizen Team Manager 

Description

Administer Human, Material, Methods and Equipment Resources with focus on the continuous improvement and the effective accomplishment of the plant goals.

  • Follow-up security measures according to the area, activities and organizational structure.
  • Meet the rules and safety procedures.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, cost and time requirements are meeting during the product process.
  • Be part of the lean vision development in the plant.
  • Execution and accomplishment of the workshop programed to meet the Operative System Implementation.
  • Ensure accomplishment of all responsibility area procedures; follow up quality system and the corrective actions implementation of problems that affect our customers.
  • Ensure the implementation and accomplishment of the STW in the area.
  • All employees are responsible for each operation is carried attached to legal requirements, environmental policy and environmental procedures that apply in your area.
  • Provide resources when required by the EMS.
  • Planning and implementing improvement projects and support activities related to the operating system for compliance with the budget.
  • Develop and facilitate different lean tools training programs for all levels into organization.
  • Be part of the development of the production systems since new programs design phase.
  • Administration of all activities and resources of the assigned area and of the interaction of these activities with environmental aspects.
  • Train, develop, evaluate and motivate his/her subordinates.
 
Position Requirements
  • This is a border crossing position from Brownsville, Texas to Matamoros, Mexico
  • Communication:
    • Business capable in English written and verbal communication
    • Business fluent in home region language written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of Industrial & Lean Engineering techniques and tools.
  • Utilize MS Office, Plex, Travel System, Local Systems
 
Education Requirement Bachelor's Degree or experience of ten years in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing and Lean.
