FT, Temp, M-F, 9-5. Duties include administering assessments and screening tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7 and Mental Status Examinations to older adults to screen for possible disorders and impairments requiring mental health services. Participate in interdisciplinary team, reviewing treatment and case plans, case monitoring, discharge planning. Provide full range of psychiatric social services to a caseload of older adult clients including individual and group mental health services, family treatment, psychoeducation, referrals, participate in trainings and complete case records and reports.   Position Requirements Should hold LCSW and be bilingual.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
