Applies knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and other 3rd party requirements to the review process. Prepares reports and other documents that summarize clinician and team performance.   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Position Requirements Education & Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate Degree or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. Graduate of an accredited School of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. Licensure and Certifications: Must have current licensure by the Georgia State Board of Nursing or current licensure by the Georgia State Board of the specified therapy. Must possess a current valid Driver’s license. Previous Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a home health RN, OT or PT. Requires proven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge/Training: Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and other third party home health coverage requirements. . Certification in OASIS is preferred or obtains certification within 1 year of employment. Skills: Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in the use of a computer, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to master in-house computer systems are required. Ability to operate office equipment; FAX, copier, etc. Computer Skills: Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer, such as, user names and password concepts; internet; e-mail; navigation of computer desktop or laptop, including starting programs, using files, and windows, effectively use navigation buttons and tool bars; ability to self-manage online HR services and online training programs.
