You will be a rockstar in this position if you are able to use your communication skills to book new sales appointments from incoming leads, solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; and keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. What you will be doing: Respond to incoming calls and messages promptly Identify customer needs and concerns Generate leads for sales team by screening callers and identifying opportunities Meet or exceed call and sales-assist goals, both individually and as a team Provide complete answers and solutions to all customer queries Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally Perform effectively under continued pressure with frequent interruption Redirect customers to appropriate departments and teams when appropriate Follow all communication policies and procedures during every customer interaction Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multi-task and use time efficiently Hard working and energetic Persuasive and calm under pressure Vibrant personality with desire to be a team player Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working on multiple computer screens and software systems in a fast-paced environment   Preferred Qualifications: Proficient with in Microsoft Office Previous experience working in a call center is a big plus, but we will train you!   Reporting: This position reports to the Call Center Manager.
