Share Email Opening Title Test Method Development Engineer  Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Test Methods Development Engineer is responsible for continual assessment and improvement of the Master’s laboratory testing methodologies, enabling and enhancing Product Innovation capability.  This position identifies, develops, and deploys new test methods, which drive and enhance Master’s technical processes.  The Test Methods Development Engineer will work in a global capacity to implement, manage, and measure effectiveness of these test methods in all MFS’ Global facilities.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree and field experience in Material Sciences, Polymerization Chemistry, Surface Chemistry, Emulsion Chemistry or a related field. Additionally required is five years of experience working in a laboratory or industrial technical environment. A Masters degree is preferred and with that level of education, the position would only require 2 years of work experience. Some experience with statistics and designed experimentation highly desired.
