JOB SUMMARY: Manage daily operations of the PALS Program; responsible for the supervision of full and part time staff; participate in the development of the program; monitor program budgets; provide direct service to children and parents participating in the program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Grant implementation and report writing
Coordinate and implement program policies and procedures
Perform appropriate file reviews
Supervision of staff
Participate in program development and planning
Provide training about domestic violence and the impact on children through speaking engagements
Monitor program budget
Participate in community education as appropriate
Work closely with DCP&P via the PH Domestic Violence Liaison program
Provision of parenting education/counseling
On call responsibilities
Assists in the development of meaningful training for staff
Provide oversight re: the gathering of standardized assessment information (may include administration and/or scoring of assessments, the review, analyzation and documentation of data as well as the tracking and reporting of statistics).
Possible supervision of interns
Review client satisfaction surveys; implement appropriate changes
Implement corrective actions recommended by the Quality Improvement Committee
