We are seeking a Production Task Lead to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will provide: Provide oversight and management of Contractor personnel for the LCS Program Office. Support the PAPM for Technical, Test, and Acquisition in support of ship acquisition, integration and industrial  activities. Provide expertise and experience in researching, planning, budgeting, maintaining, conducting, and executing production related technical support for LCS variants.       Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in related field, (or 10 of minimum 15 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field.) Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering/science management, production management or schedule analysis  Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience including the training and hiring of personnel. Experience in/with Navy Shipbuilding Program Management.
