We are seeking a Production Task Lead to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will provide:

  • Provide oversight and management of Contractor personnel for the LCS Program Office.
  • Support the PAPM for Technical, Test, and Acquisition in support of ship acquisition, integration and industrial  activities.
  • Provide expertise and experience in researching, planning, budgeting, maintaining, conducting, and executing production related technical support for LCS variants.    
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in related field, (or 10 of minimum 15 years of experience was gained because of in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the related field.)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering/science management, production management or schedule analysis 
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience including the training and hiring of personnel.
  • Experience in/with Navy Shipbuilding Program Management.

Desired Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Direct experience with the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program
  • Significant experience in US Navy programs and operations.
